You cannot judge us objectively after having to do only as little as you can assume from that order that we made for you, allright? I appreciate people who get to know each other and the situation first, before making any assumptions, judgments and stuff like that. I have always counted on you to be one of them but today I don"t know that. I never had a chance to get to know you better, maybe that is the problem with the whole thing. All that I can tell you that we are currently having quite a lot of trouble that you could be of help with. We have a rack shelf order that we cannot handle. We don"t know how to satisfy our customers as we don"t have enough stuff, you know what I mean? people cannot be told that the rack shelf and stuff they ordered is simply not there. we have to figure something out. Maybe one more rack shelf per each ten ordered the next time? Will that make it up for that? or will there be no further orders placed by them because of that? how do you think yourself? If you were in this situation how would you react on that? I don"t know what to tell you right now, this is something that I have always wanted to know about you. please let me know a bit more about yourself and your methods of dealing with such things.
